Happy Visits

Your child's first dental experience

Your child's first visit to the dentist can be both exciting and scary. We offer happy visits to our young patients who might need time to warm up to going to the dentist. A happy visit is an opportunity for kids to come in, get a feel for the clinic, meet a dentist or dental assistant, and see what going to the dentist is all about. The goal for a happy visit is for the child to feel comfortable enough to allow for an exam or basic treatment, getting them used to a masked face and gloved hands in their mouth.

Happy visits are complimentary unless a service is able to be completed. If your child is comfortable with the dentist, assistant, or hygienist, they may be able to do an exam, polish, or fluoride. These services are not complimentary. However, if the child is comfortable to have any services that day, it will be discussed with the parent.
